I’ve had the privilege of being a therapist for over 20 years now. I continue to be energized by the work and feel honored to be invited into people's lives and trusted with their stories. I believe that considering counseling takes courage, especially when you may not be sure where to begin or what to expect. You may be looking for help with something happening right now while also wondering why certain patterns seem to keep repeating. We can begin wherever you are and work together from there.Together, we can address the immediate concerns that bring you to counseling while also exploring the deeper experiences that may be influencing how you feel and move through the world.

I approach counseling with authenticity, curiosity, and genuine respect for each person's experience. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel understood, supported, and able to be yourself. My work integrates cognitive, interpersonal, existential, modern psychodynamic, and client-centered approaches, giving us the flexibility to tailor therapy to what works best for you. I currently work with adults aged 18 and am skilled in working with various concerns including anxiety, depression, identity development, developmental trauma, transitions during difficult times, relationship challenges, neurodivergence, and trauma. I have advanced training in trauma processing. I am also trained in EMDR, which can be an option for addressing traumatic or emotionally difficult experiences that continue to feel unresolved.
